N9NE PILLARS sells digital products — Notion operating system templates delivered via Notion duplicate link. Upon successful payment, you will receive a duplicate link that allows you to copy the purchased system into your own Notion workspace.
Delivery is instant and automated. Your duplicate link will be displayed on the order confirmation page immediately after payment and emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your link within 10 minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via Notion duplicate link — which irrevocably copies the system into your Notion workspace — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
When you purchase a N9NE PILLARS product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased system for your own personal or business purposes. This license includes:

All N9NE PILLARS products, including their database structures, formulas, relations, AI agent prompts, written content, and branding, are the intellectual property of N9NE PILLARS. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described above — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
The N9NE PILLARS name, logo, and tagline "Build on solid ground" are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.
We may release updates to purchased products at our discretion. Updates within the same major version (e.g. v3.x for The Creative Pillar) are provided free of charge to existing customers. We will notify customers of significant updates via email and the news page at getninepillars.com/news.html.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace products at any time. We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with future versions of Notion or any third-party platform.
N9NE PILLARS products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our products are built for and delivered via Notion, a third-party platform. N9NE PILLARS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Notion Labs, Inc. We are not responsible for any changes Notion makes to its platform, pricing, or feature set that affect the functionality of our products. Use of Notion is subject to Notion's own terms of service and privacy policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
