v3.2 is the version shipping to all new customers from today. If you purchased an earlier version, this update is available to you at no charge — reach out at contact@getninepillars.com and we'll send you the updated duplicate link.

Here's everything that changed and why.

New databases

New

Content Pillars

A strategy-level database that didn't exist in v3.1. Every video in the Content Pipeline now connects to a content pillar — the recurring themes and topic areas your channel is built around. This makes content strategy visible instead of implied, and gives the Pattern Finder Agent a new layer of signal to work with.

New

Audience Intelligence

A segmentation database for understanding who you're making content for. Define your audience segments, tag content to segments, and track which segments drive the most engagement and revenue. Feeds directly into the Brand Pitch Agent for more targeted outreach.

Renamed databases

Renamed

Comment Bank → Comment & FAQ Intelligence

The name wasn't doing the database justice. It's not just a place to store comments — it's an intelligence layer that feeds the Comment Miner Agent. The new name reflects the job it actually does.

Renamed

Platform Notes → Platform Tracker

Platform Notes implied a passive notes database. Platform Tracker reflects what it actually is — an active tracking database for monthly follower growth, views, and revenue per platform, with formulas that calculate month-over-month change automatically.

Prompt Library restructure

Improved

11 categories, reorganised from the ground up

The prompt library in v3.1 had inconsistent category naming that didn't match how creators actually think about their workflows. v3.2 restructures it into 11 clear categories: Hook Writing, Script, SEO, Caption, Research, Repurpose, Analytics, Monetization, Brainstorm, Reply, and Planning. Every prompt has been reviewed, recategorised, and in some cases rewritten for clarity.

Formula refinements

Improved

Idea Score formula — weighted recalibration

The Idea Score formula in v3.1 weighted Confidence too heavily relative to Trend Relevance, which meant evergreen ideas consistently outscored time-sensitive opportunities. v3.2 rebalances the weighting to surface trend-urgent ideas more aggressively when they appear.

Improved

Content Consistency — rolling window adjusted

The Content Consistency formula previously calculated over a fixed calendar month, which penalised creators who started mid-month. v3.2 switches to a rolling 30-day window so the metric is always based on your last 30 days of activity, not where you are in the calendar.

Fixed

Platform Tracker — month-over-month formula error

A formula in the Platform Tracker was dividing by zero when the previous month's value was empty on first use, causing an error state. Fixed with a conditional that returns 0% instead of an error when no prior period exists.

What's next

v3.3 is in planning. The focus areas are the Creator Pro Alternative Dashboard (an upgraded visual layout for Pillar 1, available as an add-on at checkout) and improvements to the Weekly Review Agent based on early user feedback.

All v3.x updates are free for existing customers. That's a commitment, not a marketing line.
