Today we're launching N9NE PILLARS — and with it, the first system in what we're building: The Creative Pillar, a complete Notion operating system for content creators on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

We want to be clear about what this is and what it isn't, because the Notion template market is full of products that overpromise and underdeliver. We're going to tell you exactly what we built, why we built it, and what comes next.

What N9NE PILLARS is

N9NE PILLARS is a platform — not a template shop. The difference matters. A template shop sells standalone products that don't connect to each other, don't share an architecture, and don't grow with you. A platform builds systems on a shared foundation so that everything you invest in one system carries forward to the next.

Our shared foundation is nine pillars — nine areas of life and work that, when managed properly, create the kind of operational ground that doesn't collapse when things get hard. Goals. Daily routine. Finance. Health. Knowledge. Learning. Core work. Review. One dashboard over all of it.

Every system we build stands on those nine pillars. The databases change. The workflows change. The pillar count adapts to the audience. But the architecture underneath never shifts.

Why we started with creators

We started with creators because the problem is most visible there. Content creators are running a business — often a multi-platform, multi-revenue-stream business — with tools that were never designed for it. A notes app for ideas. A spreadsheet for brand deals. A calendar for publishing. A separate doc for scripts. Nothing talks to anything else, and the creator spends more time managing the system than using it.

We also started with creators because the Notion template market has failed them specifically. The templates that exist for creators fall into two categories: too simple to be useful, or so complex that abandonment is the only rational response. We've talked to enough creators to know that overwhelm is the number one reason Notion templates get abandoned — not lack of discipline, not lack of interest, not even lack of time. Overwhelm. The template is too much, too fast, and there's no on-ramp.

The Creative Pillar was designed against that failure mode from the first line of the build.

What The Creative Pillar actually is

It's a 26-database, 37-formula, 10-agent Notion operating system for creators — with 514 AI prompts included. That's the spec. Here's what it means in practice.

The 26 databases cover every part of a content business: ideas, scripts, hooks, the production pipeline, video analytics, brand deals, affiliate tracking, batch filming, audience intelligence, trends, and more. They're connected — 15 relations link them so data flows automatically instead of being copied between tabs.

The 37 formulas do the calculation work: posting streak, day score, idea scoring, content consistency rate, performance scores, income totals, goal progress. You log. The system measures.

The 10 AI agents are pre-written Notion AI instructions mapped to this system's exact database names. You don't need to figure out how to prompt an AI to work with your Notion workspace — we've done that. Paste an agent into Notion AI and it reads your data, writes your review, drafts your script, or mines your comments for ideas. This is what we mean when we say agent-native.

The 514 prompts cover 11 categories — hook writing, scripting, SEO, captions, research, repurposing, analytics, monetization, brainstorming, replies, and planning. They work in Notion AI, ChatGPT, or Claude. No Notion AI subscription required to use them.

The founding rate is $72 — available to the first 250 customers only. After that, the price increases. There's no countdown timer. Just a hard cap.

What comes next

Two more systems are in build. The Student Pillar launches in September 2026 — a semester OS for students who want grades and a life. The Sales Pillar follows in October 2026 — a pipeline OS for closers and freelancers whose livelihood depends on nothing slipping through cracks.

Both systems share the same nine-pillar foundation. Both will ship with an AI agent layer. Both are being built with the same philosophy: overwhelming depth hidden behind a surface that's simple enough to use on day one.

Beyond those two, what gets built next is shaped by the community that forms around what's already here. We've opened a Discord for that reason. If you're a N9NE PILLARS user and you have a use case that isn't covered, that's the right place to say so.

Why now

Notion released native AI agents. That changed what's possible inside a Notion workspace in a fundamental way — and we're the first system built to take full advantage of it from day one rather than patched to support it later. The timing isn't accidental.

We built something we believe is the best Notion system available for creators. We priced it at a founding rate that makes it an easy decision. And we're launching it today.

That's what N9NE PILLARS is. Build on solid ground.
